So I uh... apparently lost my first battle. [there's a chuckle]

Anybody got any tips so I could do better next time? [he shrugs] Or maybe I'm just not cut out for this kinda thing? I dunno.

And Heather, I'm a city now. So you can stop worryin' so much. I'll be fine. [he smiles]

I didn't wanna battle. Didn't even know it was a gym. Just sorta wandered in and the battle started without any warnin' or anything.

I gotta say it was sure a surprise.
